My Philosophy is simple!
Technology and computers don’t have to be your enemy. . .
Not everyone likes computer or works with them to their greatest potential. . .
Most people don’t feel “all Powerful” when their tech gear breaks down or doesn’t work the way it should.
Technical support has to be professional, personal, informative and meaningful to the client, whether that means just fix it and send me the bill or let me know what happened and if there is anything I can do to help this not happen again.
